Membership
Becoming a member
HTAsiaLink welcomes health technology assessment organisations to join the community. Applications are made by form to the Secretariat and endorsed by the Board of Directors. There is no membership fee.
Who can join
Membership is open to non-profit HTA institutions, government HTA units, academic centres and related organisations. Persons or organisations affiliated with the for-profit industry are not accepted. Applications are reviewed by the Board of HTAsiaLink.
Membership categories
- Organisational membership
- For HTA institutions, government HTA units, academic centres and other relevant non-profit organisations in Asia and Oceania. Organisational members take part in the annual conference and in the network's collaborative activities, and are represented on the Council.
- Associate membership
- For organisations based outside Asia and Oceania. Associate members may be invited to attend Board meetings as observers.
- Individual membership
- For individuals who wish to participate solely in the annual conference. Individual membership is valid for the period of the conference and is normally handled through the conference registration process.

Step 1
Download and complete the application form
Complete Part A (organisational or associate membership) and sign the declaration. The form asks for your organisation's details, your HTA-related projects and a cover letter addressed to the Board.

Step 2
Email the form to the Secretariat
Send the completed form and attachments to the HTAsiaLink Secretariat. The Secretariat checks the application against the By-laws and may contact you for further information.

Step 3
Endorsement by the Board of Directors
The Secretariat forwards the application to the Board of HTAsiaLink for endorsement. You will be notified of the outcome by email; approved members are added to the member directory and invited to the annual conference.
