The Board of HTAsiaLink approved the fifth revision of the By-laws on 26 February 2026. The By-laws set out the objectives of the network, the three categories of membership, the composition of the Council and the Board, the role of the Secretariat and the arrangements for the annual conference.
The By-laws were first established on 15 May 2013 and have been revised in 2016, 2020, 2021, 2024 and 2026.
